- National identification card (Ghana Card/Travelling Passport)
Where to find the MTCN?
You can find it on your transfer history page or on the transfer receipt. Without this number, you cannot track your western union transfer.

The other way to get this done is to visit the nearest western union bank and ask the teller to check the status of your funds.
He will take all the details required and check them on their system. If the money has been paid, you’ll be instantly informed.
